The following list of stainless steel parts are mainly for the GOLD STAR DBD, DB, CB, BB, and ROCKET GOLD STAR MODELS. Many items listed also fit the BSA B31/33 A7/10 SHOOTING STAR, ROAD ROCKET AND SUPER ROCKET. Please state which model when ordering part required and code number to ensure correct supply. All repairs and supplies are made and inspected by myself to ensure a first class product. Parts also made to pattern or drawing most materials for any BRITISH MOTORCYCLE, CAR etc. Other services include worn threads on carburettor body, an undersize top ring is made to fit worn threads, worn G.P. carb slides are replaced with oversize slide, carburettor must be sent for correct fitting for these repairs. Oversize valve guides for all makes in cast, phosphor bronze and alloy bronze. Cylinder head thread repairs, welding etc. Complete rebuilds or engine/gearbox rebuilds. Flywheels, big ends fitted, aligned and balanced. Thread repairs to wheel hubs etc. Classic, Vintage and Veteran Flywheel assemblies, Crankshafts, Big-Ends, Cams, Idler Wheels, Spindles, Con-Rods, Rockers, Valve Caps Cam Followers, Valve Guides, Oil Pumps, Sprockets, Clutch Assemblies. MADE TO ORDER. Complete Engines, are available subject to the availability of engine castings, and are priced from £3,500 less mag/dyno and carburettor. All parts and repairs are prepared to the highest standards and bearing in mind that some of the fitting and uses are outside our control. Also that the Gold Star was not intended for use as a touring motorcycle (BSA stated that the valves should be replaced every 20 hours and crankshaft @ 50 hours or during your winter rebuild). Therefore we can not accept any liability whatsoever for damage arising from such failures, all our parts have been tested demandingly as BSA did on the I.o.M. and short circuits around the world with satisfactory successes. But if you are not satisfied with the quality of workmanship we will be happy to exchange or refund any money paid. |
